Membership and Order Transactions

You can shop without being a member.

After logging in, you can update your membership, address or billing information in the "My Account" section.

You can sign up for our e-bulletin to be informed about all our special advantages for you.

During your membership process, click "I want to be informed about campaigns and announcements via e-mail." Just click the option.

Order and Delivery

Your orders placed until 14:00 on business days will be delivered on the same day, and your other orders will be delivered within 24 hours.

The delivery of your order placed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and holidays is made within the first business day following.

49.90 TL for your purchases up to 200 TL

For purchases between 200-499 TL, a shipping fee of 39.90 TL is paid.

Shipping is free for your purchases of 500 TL and above.

Payment Transactions

You can shop on our site with credit card and debit card options.

You can shop with all your Mastercard and Visa credit cards.

Depending on your bank's transaction procedures and whether your limit is appropriate, payment confirmation for your order may be pending. We kindly ask you to contact your bank.

Please make sure that you have entered your card information correctly to see if your limit is sufficient for your order to be confirmed.

If you are shopping with a debit card, check whether it is available for online shopping.

If you are using a virtual card, check whether the limit you set is sufficient.

You can get support from your bank regarding problems during the approval phase of your purchases with credit/debit card.

We do not yet have the option to pay at the door.

Pre order

The product you purchased from pre-order will be shipped to you within the date range specified in the description of the product.

You can make a refund via the contact page on www.nitatoys.com .

Return and Exchange Procedures

You can request a refund or exchange via www.nitatoys.com.

You can request a refund for the product you want to return via the form on our Contact page. You can fill out the form with the reason for your return, send us your request and send it free of charge via MNG cargo, using the return shipping code number 274048481. You must ensure that the products are sent along with the invoice so that they are not damaged.

You can send all your returns free of charge via MNG Kargo.

The payment for returned products is the product price plus the shipping cost you paid when placing the order. The amount to be refunded to the credit card may be completed within 10 business days, depending on your bank's refund procedure.
