Are your products genuine?

Yes. All products are supplied through official distribution and licensing agreements.

What do Exclusive, Chase, and Limited Edition mean?

These markings indicate the rarity level of the item. Chase and Limited edition models are considered more valuable by collectors.

Are the product photos real?

These are original images from the manufacturer. Minor differences may occur depending on lighting and screen settings.

Is box damage a reason for return?

In the world of collectibles, minor superficial imperfections are considered normal and are not grounds for return. We will accept your claim in case of serious damage.

How should I store my collectibles?

It is recommended to store it in a dry place away from sunlight, preferably in its box. Boxed items retain their collector's value.

Order & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day; orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.

What is your shipping process?

All products are shipped in special protective packaging befitting collectors' sensibilities.

Is there a shipping fee?

Free shipping on orders of 1,700 TL and above.

How do I track my order?

You can find the shipping code in the "My Account > My Orders" section.

Will an invoice be visible when sending a gift?

It will not be included in the box unless requested.

Payment

What payment methods can I use?

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, virtual card and Ticket (Edenred).

Is cash on delivery available?

We do not currently offer cash on delivery.

My payment was rejected, what should I do?

You can check your card limit and whether it's enabled for online shopping.

Pre order

When will the pre-ordered items arrive?

The product will be shipped on the date stated in the product description. We will inform you if there is a delay caused by the manufacturer.

Can pre-orders be cancelled?

Yes, you can cancel by contacting our customer service.

How can I return the product?

Who pays the return shipping fee?

We will cover the shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

When will the refund be credited to my card?

Depending on your bank, your refund will be completed in 3-7 business days.

Stock & Notifications

Can I be notified if it's out of stock?

Yes. You can use the "Notify me when in stock" feature.

Will the product be restocked?

Limited edition items generally don't reappear. Standard items may be stocked periodically.
