You can return the products you have purchased within 7 days from the invoice date. The original box and packaging of the product you are returning must be intact. Products with missing or damaged packaging cannot be returned. You must send the delivery note and warranty certificate together with the product you want to return. If the product you want to return is defective, the shipping fee is covered by us. In other cases, shipping costs belong to the customer. If the product has been invoiced on behalf of the company, a return invoice must be issued for the product by the relevant company.

Your products are supplied when your order is confirmed, depending on stock status, and then shipped. In order for your order to be confirmed, the price of the products you have purchased must be paid by credit card or money transfer. Approved orders will be delivered to cargo within 5 business days.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED DURING DELIVERY
In accordance with the new rule to be applied in accepting shipments based on the Procedures and Principles for Security Measures Regarding Postal Shipments, approved by the decision of the Information Technologies and Communication Board dated 27/12/2016 and numbered 2016/DK-YED/517, you must have a driver's license when purchasing your products from the cargo officer or store personnel. You must show your identity card or passport.
